Amanda Berger
Briefly describe your experience and education.
From a young age, I have always known that I wanted to work with children, and this passion led me to pursue a career in education and speech therapy. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Special Education from High Point University in North Carolina in 2018, and went on to earn a Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology from Boston University in 2022. Following my graduation, I worked in early intervention for nearly two years, where I gained valuable experience supporting children and their families. In January 2025, I began working at MFST, where I am excited to continue my journey, collaborating with diverse populations, ages, and a wide range of goals.
Why do you love speech therapy?
I love working and helping children gain confidence and improve their communication skills. I appreciate that every child is different and love collaborating with families to create a personalized approach that will best suit their specific needs.
What are your passions outside of work?
Outside of work, I love traveling, snowboarding, hiking, hanging out at the beach, and spending time with my family and friends.
What are three words someone would use to describe you?
I am passionate, dedicated, and caring.
If you could be any animal what would it be?
