I began working with kids during high school, volunteering for my local parks and recreation program as well as teaching a youth tennis program. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Salem State University in 2015. During my time in undergrad I worked with kids to create theatre. I realized just how important all aspects of communication are and the various tools or support children may need to communicate effectively. I have been practicing as a speech language pathologist since 2013 with a few years at home when my two boys were born. I graduated from Boston University in 2011 with a BS in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology and in 2013 with a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University. My prior experience has been in private practice, early intervention, preschool and elementary schools and a private school for children with autism. However, I didn’t find being in an office and working at a desk enjoyable, so I decided to make a change. I graduated from Assumption College in 2020 with a degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies. I have a BS in Business Management from Plymouth State College. Early in my career I worked in investment banking, project management and marketing. I recently joined Miracle Farm Speech Therapy after being a full-time mom to my two children who are now young adults.
