Amy Mace, MS, CCC-SLP
I graduated from UNH with a Master’s in Communication Disorders in 1997. Over the last 24 years, I have worked with both children and parents since that time, through Early Intervention, School positions and, now, Clinical Speech Therapy. I have also worked in Product Development for a speech therapy publications company, Super Duper Publications, from 1999-2001. I returned to speech therapy because I missed interacting with kids
I love working with kids because they bring spontaneity and curiosity to the therapy sessions. They show true joy and excitement for every activity and are brutally honest when something doesn’t go to plan.
I love working at Miracle Farm because I can see both the child and the parent or caregiver together and work on meaningful speech and language skills.
Outside of Miracle Farm, I live with my husband, Dean, and our two kids in Newton. We love and take care of 8 cats, 1 dog, 1 bunny and 2 fish. We enjoy hiking and playing board games together.
