Describe your experience and education

I graduated from Syracuse University with my B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Spanish in 2025, then with my M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2026. Through my graduate school clinical placements and research, I gained experience in all ages from infants & toddlers to adult populations, from schools to a level 1 trauma center. I loved every moment, though found a passion in pediatrics. I also have experience and a love for treating bilingual children with communication disorders.

Why do you love speech therapy?

My reason for entering this field all roots from my strong belief that every person deserves a voice. No matter the language, mode of communication, or style, every voice and effort for communication should be heard and honored. I love speech therapy because just as each child is different, so is each session! I make an effort to meet the child where they’re at in all aspects.

I have special interests in working with children with developmental language disorders,neurodevelopmental and genetic disorders, ASD, complex communication needs including AAC,craniofacial differences, and other pediatric populations.

What are your passions outside of work?

Outside of speech therapy I enjoy spending time outside, being active, relaxing at the beach, or reading at a cozy coffeeshop!

What are three words someone would use to describe you?

Dedicated, compassionate, fun

If you could be any animal what would you be?

A whale!They’re playful, relaxed, and peaceful.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Coffee all the time!
